Seawater desalination equipment consists of three parts, namely the pretreatment part, the main desalination part, the post treatment part. The individual parts can be separated into a system and grouped together in a separate skid frame, like modules.
The whole seawater desalination equipment control system design uses the domestic and foreign advanced computer program control, by the industrial computer operating station programmable controller PLC composed of a decentralized sampling control, centralized monitoring operation control system.
The high and low pressure protection switch is set according to the process parameters, and the automatic switching device can realize automatic switching, automatic interlocking alarm and stop when the conductivity, flow and pressure are abnormal, so as to protect the high pressure pump and reverse osmosis membrane components. Frequency conversion control of high pressure pump start and stop, to achieve the soft operation of high pressure pump, save energy, prevent the damage of high pressure pump and membrane components caused by water hammer or back pressure. The program design can realize low pressure automatic flushing before and after the reverse osmosis device is started up and stopped. Especially when it is out of service, the substable state of the concentrated seawater will transform into precipitation and pollute the membrane surface. The low pressure desalinated water automatic flushing can replace the concentrated seawater, and the protective membrane surface will not be polluted and prolong the service life of the membrane. The system temperature, flow, water quality, yield and other related parameters can be displayed, stored, statistics, tabulating and printing. The dynamic process flow in the monitoring operation is clear and intuitive, and the system control simplifies the manual operation, so as to ensure the system can run automatically, safely and reliably.
